Properties and Uses

The product is a small white granule or powder copolymerized with cationic monomer (DM, DMC, CPF, DADMAC, DMAEMA, etc.) and acrylamide, which is granulated, dried and crushed. Cationic polyacrylamide (CPAM) is a linear polymer compound, because it has a variety of active groups, can be affinity with many substances, adsorption and formation of hydrogen bonds. It is mainly used to flocculate negatively charged colloids, with the functions of turbidity removal, decolorization, adsorption, adhesion, etc. It is suitable for the treatment of wastewater with high content in the industries of dyeing, papermaking, foodstuffs, construction, metallurgy and ore-dressing, coal powder, oil field, aquatic processing and fermentation, etc. It is especially suitable for the dewatering treatment of municipal sewage, municipal sludge, papermaking sludge and other industrial sludge.

Usage

1.Firstly, select the type through small trial to determine the product specification and dosage

2.When using, the concentration of solution preparation is generally 1‰-3‰, the temperature of dissolving water is generally controlled at 18-40 ℃, the stirring speed is generally controlled at 80-200r/min, and it is preferable to use neutral and low-hardness water for preparation.

3. Because the iron ion is the catalyst of chemical degradation of polyacrylamide, so the preparation, transportation, storage of polyacrylamide is to try to avoid contact with iron ions; it is appropriate to use stainless steel, plastics or carbon steel products with surface spraying resin.

4. Polyacrylamide aqueous solution should be used now, when the solution is placed for a long time, its performance will be gradually reduced depending on the water quality.

Packaging and storage

25kg /bag with paper bag or PE bag ,or accroding with the customer requirment .;

CPAM is hygroscopic, should be sealed and stored in a cool, dry place, solid products to avoid wine on the ground, to prevent water from making the ground slippery.
